    Closing applies only to the Tesco Online Shopping service. Our regular stores remain open and are waiting for you with a wide range of products and attractive promotions. For our part, we do everything we can to ensure your comfort, safety and the best shopping experience. The current list of regular stores is available here.

    Returns and complaints

    All issues related to possible complaints and returns of goods purchased via the Tesco Online Shopping service, also after its closure, will be implemented
    in accordance with applicable law and regulations.

    Until when will the Tesco Online Shopping service be available? Until when can orders be placed?

    In Warsaw, Opole, Bielsko Biała and Gdynia orders can be placed until October 23. The last deliveries in these cities will be delivered on October 24. In other cities, orders can be placed until October 30. The last deliveries will be made on October 31.

    As of November 1, the Tesco Online Shopping website will be closed.

    Will the Click & Collect service be retained?

    The Click & Collect service will be terminated in parallel with the Tesco Online Shopping service. In Warsaw, Opole, Bielsko Biała and Gdynia it will be possible to collect products until October 24, and the last orders should be placed on October 23. In other cities, the last day of the Click & Collect service is October 31, and orders can be placed until October 30.

    Will the Tesco Twoja Paczka service still be available despite the closing of the Tesco Online Shopping website?

    The Tesco Twoja Paczka service will be terminated in parallel with the Tesco Online Shopping service. Orders can be placed until October 29.

    After the website is closed, will it be possible to file a complaint about the service or ask for a correction of the purchase invoice? How?

    All issues related to returns and complaints of defective products or VAT invoices, consistent and guaranteed by legal provisions, can be reported at any Tesco regular store.     Will there be an alternative for home delivery from Tesco, eg by FreeNow or 99rent employees?

    No, after October 31, 2020, Tesco will no longer offer remote sales or home delivery services. From November 1, we we will only sell our range of products in the regular stores. The current list of the regular stores is available at https://tesco.pl/sklepy/.
